Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Media Specialist to join our team at The Woof Agency. This full-time remote position focuses on media planning and buying, ensuring effective communication and innovative marketing strategies for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.

  • Analyze and optimize the customer experience across multiple channels.

  • Strategize omnichannel campaigns to achieve client objectives.

  • Measure and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.

  • Develop creative growth strategies for digital campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated web, mobile, and social solutions.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.

Key Requirements:

  • Based in Malaysia, preferably KL.

  • 3 - 5 years experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Creative mindset with a knack for identifying target audiences and engaging them through digital campaigns.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

  • Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad-serving tools (e.g., Facebook Manager, Google AdWords).

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with pet brands or in the pet industry.

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and content partnerships.

  • Familiarity with video editing tools and techniques for TikTok content creation.
